The Pink Hills are a biome located inside the Crater. As the name suggests, it is pink hills.
The Pink Hills biome is a large area entirely composed of hills and fields, which singularity is to have pink colors. The hills can be rather high, with some places being super flat, and some being steeper. The ground is covered by thick, pink grass.
The atmosphere is very peaceful, with some trees here and there. The Pink Hills are offering a very good visibility for the woolies, who are prey creatures, which is why they chose this place as their territory.
We don't know why everything here is pink. In Episode 18, Kiersten mentions that this is a rare environment.
