The Mountain King is a very old noctule that lives in the Great Mountain.
Very little is known about him yet.
The Mountain King has an eerie look - he has no eyes due to heavy scaring on his face - and his whole body looks worn off. Being a noctule, he has two long fangs coming out of his mouth - and no other teeth.
His fur is greyish purple, with slightly more vivid tones on his dorsal side. His hooves and antlers are pale lavender - almost white - with darkened bits. His wings are almost entirely ripped off, with no membrane left on it apart from a damaged propatagium. He is sickly skinny and even his fur is in bad shape with some flappy and darkened parts on his neck, chest, and tail showing. Rusty chains are attached to his ankles, the scarred tissue around them shows that he had them on for a long time.
He is massive, indicating he might be a very old noctule. As of Episode 2, he had two large and fancy antlers - but one got broken in Episode 3.
It is hard to get an idea of his personality through the few interactions he had with others yet. However, The Mountain King is clearly protective of The Great Mountain and claims it as "his kingdom". He is ready to fight against intruders and seems to have a set idea of how the place works.

▪ His "real name" is unknown - the name "Mountain King" was given to him due to his relation to the Great Mountain.
