Gotty is an adult pegasus stallion.
He works as a sculptor, and he is the father of Meteora. He is one of the pegasi who absolutely don't agree with the decisions made by the high ranks of the clan.
Gotty is an adult pegasus with a dark purple and greyish coat, with a light purple iridescence. His feathers have a particular ribbon shape - his beak is damaged on the right side. He has greenish-yellow pupils, depending on the light. His tail is very similar to a rooster's.
He is often seen wearing his beak and hooves metal tools, as he uses them to work on the stone.
Gotty showed from his first appearance that he absolutely did not agree with the decisions of the Enchantress. He is not afraid to criticize her. He wants his son to stay on what he thinks is the right path.
He seems to appreciate the demons enough not to want to see them harmed and often represents them in his sculptures. He takes great care of his son Meteora, and loves him deeply. He has a strong sense of spirituality for the Moon, like many pegasi.
Gotty always appears with a severe expression and doesn't smile much, but he is not unfriendly. Just a serious and bold individual.
The Enchantress
Even if she is his sister-in-law, Gotty doesn't seem to have very good relationships with the Enchantress. Apparently, she was chosen over him to take the Enchantress role in the clan. He claims that it was not his destiny and that he is fine with what he has as an artist.

Gotty would do anything for his beloved son Meteora and take his education very seriously. He wants him to stay wise and kind, and to love the world around him instead of giving in to hate and anger.

Gotty first appeared after the Enchantress came back to the clan with the blood of Vasco on her wings. He openly criticized her for it and went back to his place with his son.
It is revealed by a pegasus they meet on the way home that Gotty was a candidate for the Enchanter role, but was not chosen. Gotty says later that he is fine with it, as he prefers being an artist anyway.
After coming back home, Meteora feels anxious about the future. By discussing with him, Gotty makes his son feel a bit better.
