Oro is a peculiar pegasus, born with a very light-colored white/golden coat, unusual for a male of his species as pegasi stallions have dark-colored coats.
His head wings are similar to Kiersten's in shape. He has a big crest composed of three long feathers, a feather mask around his eyes, and pointy brown "diamonds" on his beak. He has feathers on his shoulders, feathered hooves, and large segmented wings. His tail is composed of three long feathers, similar to some bird of paradise species. His eyes are black, with a green pupil.
In the comic, he is seen with his apparel, a travel bag, and a collar with flasks attached to it.
Kiersten describes Oro as a loving and dedicated pegasus who grew up very loved by his clan due to his unusual colors. Other pegasi saw him as a miracle, and seemed to love him very much; as he grew up, Oro dedicated his life to returning the favor by studying plants and such to heal his injured and sick peers.
Even if he needed to travel a lot to find medicinal plants, he apparently loved being outside his clan's nest and enjoyed the beauty of nature. He is still a bit fearful by nature, but willing to take risks if needed.
Deinos
Oro seems a bit scared of Deinos after she attacked him but is confident enough to stay near her since she spared him. Despite having his wing hurt from this encounter, he doesn't blame the kelpie for that and appreciates her help when she brings him to the soul flowers. The rest of their story, and relationship, are yet to be discovered, but we know they eventually loved each other enough to have Kiersten.
